Teh ESPN veteran reporter Maria Taylor made her Monday Night Football debut in the sideline in Week 1 of the 2020 NFL regular season calling the game between Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Giants.
During the reporting, a Chicago radio host named Dan McNeil made a sexist comment and wrote that her outfit would match for an adult film awards show.
“NFL sideline reporter or a host for the AVN (Adult Video News) annual awards presentation?”
Dan tweeted but deleted after half an hour. He was widely criticized for his comment.
Taylor responded to his comment in the evening with a tweet writing:
“Please bring your misogyny with you to the NBA Countdown doubleheader I’ll be hosting tomorrow night. Hey, ladies remember you can wear whatever you feel confident in!”
Well Danny Dearest if you would like to continue making sexist comments about me...please bring your misogyny with you to the NBA Countdown double header I’ll be hosting tomorrow night. Hey ladies remember you can wear whatever you feel confident in! @670TheScore @DannyMac670 https://t.co/bN0H582isU
